Dissertation Work

Pastor Dave has been working toward his Doctor of Ministry degree for several years. He has completed all his coursework and is now focusing on his dissertation—a six-chapter academic paper (100–150 pages) that integrates biblical research and leadership principles to address a practical ministry opportunity. His dissertation explores biblical counseling and how our church can better understand and apply it, potentially leading to a formal biblical counseling ministry.  

Pastor Dave is at a crucial stage in his writing and needs to make significant progress over the next month. To support him, the elders have temporarily taken on most of his ministry responsibilities so he can devote time to this important work throughout February.
